IBEW Tacoma Local Union #76 contracted Frontline Solutions to develop a web-based system for administering the JOBS program. This program requires input from contractors, IBEW and NECA. Previously, this was accomplished primarily on paper - lots of paper. But as IBEW's membership base grew and demands on the JOBS program increased, paper-based methods could no longer keep up.

The web application will provide a central processing center for the JOBS program, with different access levels for each agency involved. Contractors, IBEW and NECA will be able to interact online, streamlining communication and greatly reducing paperwork. The result will be a more efficient administration process, with easy access to data, quick response times and increased member satisfaction.
